Professor Muhammad Atif
Professor Muhammad Atif is a distinguished academic and researcher serving as Professor of Pharmacy Practice and Director of the Office of Research, Innovation, and Commercialization at the Islamia University of Bahawalpur, Pakistan. He holds a PhD in Clinical Pharmacy from the University Sains Malaysia and certifications in Good Clinical Practice and SORT-IT.
With an impressive publication record of over 100 full-length articles in reputable international journals, including the European Respiratory Journal, BMJ Open, Journal of Pharmaceutical Policy and Practice, Research in Social and Administrative Pharmacy, BMC Health Services Research and PLOS ONE, Professor Atif has demonstrated exceptional research expertise. His work has garnered significant citations, with an H-index of 39 and over 4300 citations.
Professor Atif’s research collaborations extend globally, working with esteemed institutions such as the University of Auckland, Massey University, Huddersfield University and Qatar University. He has supervised over 40 postgraduate students and contributed to international policy documents, including those by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the European Union (EU).
